Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Second Wave By Lola is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

We are happy to assist with providing tracking details, but we are not liable for carrier-related delivery issues.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.
International Shipping (Optional — only include if you plan to ship outside U.S.)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Local Pickup – Virginia Beach
We offer free local pickup in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
If you select local pickup at checkout:

Orders must be picked up within 5 days unless otherwise arranged
A valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
Local Delivery – Virginia Beach Area
Local delivery may be available within Virginia Beach and surrounding areas for a small delivery fee.
Delivery availability is determined at our discretion based on distance and scheduling. Delivery details will be coordinated via email after purchase.
